About Hospli

Martyn's Law readiness built from hospitality experience

Hospli is built specifically for hospitality operators who need a practical way to organise Martyn's Law readiness without turning day-to-day venue management into a legal paperwork exercise.

Why Hospli exists

Hospitality venues are busy, changeable working environments. Customer numbers rise and fall. Staff rotate. Contractors, performers and functions can change how a venue operates from one day to the next.

Hospli was created to turn public protection readiness into an understandable operational workflow: assess the venue, identify the responsible person, document procedures, brief staff, keep evidence and review arrangements over time.

What Hospli does — and does not do

Hospli helps hospitality venues organise readiness information, procedures, staff briefings, evidence and reviews. It is designed to make the work easier to understand, maintain and evidence.

Hospli does not become the responsible person, does not provide a government approval or compliance certificate, and does not make a binding legal determination about an individual premises.

How we approach guidance

Public Hospli guidance is written for ordinary hospitality operators and checked against primary official sources wherever possible. We distinguish between what legislation or regulators say and practical hospitality commentary based on operating experience.
