Hospli partners
Help hospitality venues prepare more consistently.
Hospli works with hospitality organisations, industry advisers, educators and referral partners who want to give venues a practical, evidence-led way to organise their Martyn's Law readiness.
Partnership routes
Choose the model that fits your relationship with venues.
Preferred Partner
Best suited to: Pub companies, hotel groups, hospitality organisations and membership bodies
Make Hospli available to your venues at agreed partner pricing while giving operators a consistent readiness and record-keeping framework.
- Negotiated venue pricing
- Partner-specific onboarding route
- Support for phased or estate-wide adoption
- Clear separation between partner support and legal responsibility
Group Rollout
Best suited to: Organisations that want to fund or coordinate Hospli centrally
Pilot Hospli across a representative group of venues before deciding whether a wider organisational rollout is appropriate.
- Small-group pilot option
- Organisation-based venue pricing
- Consistent venue workflow
- Feedback-led planning for wider rollout
Referral Partner
Best suited to: Hospitality educators, consultants, creators and industry specialists
Introduce venues to Hospli using a partner-specific link or code and agree referral terms for qualifying paying customers.
- Custom referral link or code
- Transparent referral tracking
- Commercial terms agreed before promotion
- No requirement to make unsupported compliance claims
For pub companies
Support publicans without pretending every legal duty sits centrally.
Depending on the operating model, responsibility under Martyn's Law may need to be considered venue by venue. Hospli can support a consistent framework without assuming that the same organisation is automatically the Responsible Person for every premises.
Where responsibility is legally complex or disputed, Hospli does not replace legal advice.
For creators & educators
Recommend something you can actually use first.
Referral partners can be given access to Hospli before deciding whether they want to introduce it to their audience or client base.
Hospli does not require partners to describe the product as government approved, SIA approved or as guaranteeing legal compliance.
Commercial structure
Partnership terms can reflect how venues actually buy.
Venue-funded
Individual venues subscribe directly to Hospli using agreed partner pricing or a partner-specific route.
Organisation-funded
A hospitality organisation can agree group pricing and fund Hospli centrally for participating venues.
Hybrid
Central organisational support can be combined with individual venue subscriptions where that better reflects the operating model.
Referral
Referral or affiliate terms can be agreed for qualifying customers introduced through a tracked partner route.
Partnership integrity
No invented endorsement.
A commercial partnership with Hospli does not mean that the partner, Hospli or the venues using the platform are approved by the Security Industry Authority, Home Office or another government body.
Partner wording, referral material and co-branded activity should describe Hospli accurately as independent Martyn's Law readiness and record-keeping software.
