For hospitality organisations

Martyn's Law readiness across your venue estate.

Hospli gives pub companies, hotel groups, restaurant operators and other multi-site hospitality organisations a consistent way to help venues assess, organise, review and evidence their Martyn's Law readiness.

The organisational problem

Know which venues need attention. Know who is responsible. Keep the evidence.

Martyn's Law readiness is not simply a head-office policy document. Premises need to be considered individually, and responsibility, expected headcount, procedures, staff awareness and review activity may differ from venue to venue.

Hospli is designed to give organisations a repeatable framework while keeping the underlying record specific to the venue.

A consistent venue workflow

One framework. Applied venue by venue.

Assess each venue

Record venue information and the greatest number of people reasonably expected to be present at the same time.

Record responsibility

Maintain a clear Responsible Person record for each venue rather than assuming responsibility is identical across an estate.

Maintain procedures

Build and keep records for evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication procedures within Hospli's supported Standard Tier workflow.

Brief staff

Assign procedure briefings and retain acknowledgement records showing which procedure version was received.

Review and update

Use review dates, procedure versions and reminders to help prevent venue records becoming a one-off exercise.

Keep the evidence

Generate a dated Venue Record Pack and maintain an Evidence Timeline showing the activity recorded in Hospli.

For operations teams

Reduce inconsistency between venues.

Give venue operators the same structured workflow rather than relying on different spreadsheets, document templates or locally stored files.

  • A consistent readiness framework across different venues
  • Venue-by-venue records rather than a single generic group document
  • Clearer ownership of actions and review dates
  • Structured records for the four Standard Tier public protection procedures
  • Staff briefing acknowledgement records
  • Versioned procedures and dated evidence
  • A repeatable onboarding process for additional venues
  • Group pricing for larger numbers of active venues

For individual venues

Keep the work practical.

Venue teams work through their own information inside Hospli, with records designed around practical hospitality operations rather than generic corporate compliance language.

Hospli currently focuses on its supported Standard Tier readiness workflow. Where a venue falls outside that supported pathway, the product does not pretend to provide an unsupported compliance determination.

Group rollout

Start with a pilot before committing across an estate.

Organisations can begin with a small number of venues, test the workflow with real managers and operators, and establish what additional reporting, permissions or organisational controls would be useful before considering a wider rollout.

Pilot

Use Hospli with a representative group of venues and evaluate completion, usability, record quality and operational fit.

Group pricing

Hospli already supports organisation-based venue pricing, with agreed group pricing available for larger numbers of active venues.

Independent software

Readiness and evidence — not a compliance certificate.

Hospli supports Martyn's Law readiness, record keeping and evidence management. It does not provide government approval, a legal opinion or a certificate that statutory duties have been satisfied.

Hospli's public guidance is based on primary official sources first, including legislation, government material, Security Industry Authority information and ProtectUK.

Pub companies & hospitality groups

See whether Hospli fits the way your venues actually operate.

Start with a conversation and, where useful, a small group pilot. There is no need to design an estate-wide rollout before the operational fit has been tested.
